Beware Facebook users; a new virus is spreading like wildfire. According to reports there has been a application on Facebook that leads to computer problems that compromise your computer use and security.
The virus is labeled as "Sexiest Video ever" or any message that is related to Sex Appealing Pictures on Facebook. This link is a trap designed to infect as many computers as possible. Thousands of users has supposedly been affected by the virus.
The video appears on news feeds on Facebook. The video shows a woman wearing a short skirt on an exercise bike. Something tells us this virus is infecting a lot of men's computers.
Each week there seems to be a new security risk associated with Facebook, this time it is not regarding security and privacy settings, however could lead to personal data being collected, which may be useful to hackers.
If you receive a message on your Facebook wall reading “this is without doubt the sexiest video ever!

” (the video itself is titled “Candid Camera Prank [HQ]“) do no click on this, if you do attempt to watch the video you will be asked to download and install an application, this application is infact malware, which will have adverse affects on your day-to-day computing.
Currently no known action has been taken by Facebook, however I am sure that they will do their utmost to bottleneck the security risk, in the mean-time I would recommend using the latest version of your web browser, perhaps even think about using Google Chrome as it has recently been dubbed ‘unhackable; at this year’s Pwn2Own contest plus also install avast anti virus free home edition.
