Punjab Govt has been Distributing about 100,000 yes Hundred thousands Laptops amongst students , non of which has been installed with orignal Mocrosoft Windows 7, according to a Dunya News report every Laptop comes with a pirated version of Microsoft Windows 7. Although The microsoft Legal team has proved to be a very poor legal team in most matters but lets see whether they Ignore this major copyright infringment issue too or not . Although distribution of pirated Windows in Pakistan is not anything new but on such a large scale and Funded by the government , it definitely is somthing new in the whole world. All eyes are on Microsoft now to if they take this matter seriously or Their legal team fails in this matter too. |
